Juneteenth Potluck 6/13 (In-person)

Let’s gather as a community to commemorate the Juneteenth holiday through shared food, drink, and conversation.

To prepare: Each person who attends the event must bring at least one item from this menu. There are items requiring various costs and preparation, and any questions about the menu can be directed to claudet@ourstompingground.org directly.

Meet up: We’ll meet in the Robinson Courtyard at 6pm, and we’ll start eating around 6:30pm.

Parking: Free guest parking is available in the parking lot in front of the Robinson, as well as on the street outside the apartment complex.

Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via Whatsapp, so please join the OSG Events Whatsapp group chat to receive important event updates.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.

Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
