Once Upon a Carnival 6/6 (In-person)

OSG Friends, you’re invited to a fairy-tale themed carnival with games, crafts, karaoke, and treats! If you’re lucky, you could also win a prize! This is our third year hosting a volunteer team from Deloitte, and it’s thanks to their generosity that OSG is able to offer this epic event once again!

Prizes: Video game players who want to compete in Mario Kart (on the Nintendo Switch) and possibly win a gift card!

To prepare: There is nothing you need to bring with you in order to participate in this event! All registered participants will recieve a boxed lunch (containing a sandwich, chips, and dessert), so please RSVP below!

Meet up: This event will be taking place in the community spaces and courtyard at the Cadence. When you arrive, please message the OSG Events Whatsapp group to request access to the locked building.

Note about parking: Guest parking at the Cadence is limited, so carpooling and using ride share or public transport is recommended. If you need to park your vehicle, please email josuea@ourstompingground.org in advance of the event for further instructions. For any assistance with parking or directions on the day of the event, please message the OSG Events Whatsapp group directly.

Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
