Events Calendar

Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Healthy Habits for Independent Living

Healthy Habits for Independent Living uses a curriculum called Health Matters that was developed based on successful outcomes from the Health Promotion Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities (DD) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This holistic program provides adults with DD a roadmap to healthy, independent living. The program is a combination of coursework and weekly practicums. Healthy Hangout with Social Grace

Come out for our monthly Healthy Hangout at Lubber Run Park for some fresh air and good company. This is a great opportunity to get outside and connect with your community!
