Hi my name is Jack. My hobbies are readings books, playing games, and hanging out with friends. My interests are military history, Star Wars, and Marvel. My favorite foods are Mac and Cheese as well as Chicken Stuffing Casserole.

I am involved in a number of activities. I am part of an organization called Friends For Life, serve on the leadership team for Young Life, Capernaum. I am on the greeting team and serve as a helper in Children’s Ministry.

I have visited many Civil and Revolutionary War sites. My dream job is to someday work at a battlefield park.

I currently work at Arlington National Cemetery as a crossing guard. I greet visitors, direct traffic and parking, and answer questions about where they need to go. I interned and volunteered at the Arlington House giving tours. I got this job from Pathways to Careers, which is an organization to help people like myself to get employment. To get to work I take the bus and metro train.

We asked Jack’s boss about his work ethic and this is what he had to say, “Jack is a great member of the team; he is always on-time reporting to work, and is willing to assist customers and answer their questions. He takes his job seriously, as it is a very important position at Penn Parking as it relates to visitor safety and good customer service.  Jack is trustworthy, friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable about the Arlington National Cemetery.”
