Each building offers a variety of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. There are different layouts available, each with different square footage. Some locations have units available and others have waitlists. For each building there are both Settlement Agreement Population (SAP) units as well as Affordable Housing units. You need a Medicaid wavier to qualify for the SAP units.
