Housing Meeting: Ovation at Arrowbrook, At Innovation Center Metro, Herndon VA

Join us for a Zoom Meeting to discuss an exciting community coming to Herndon in the Summer of 2022!

Ovation at Arrowbrook will have six units available with a leasing preference for people with developmental disabilities (DD) in the Settlement Agreement population.  To access these units, individuals must work with their DD support coordinators to submit a housing referral package to DBHDS.

Some units with a DD leasing preference have a permanent supportive housing (PSH) subsidy for people with disabilities who cannot afford the rent.  To qualify for a PSH unit, the applicant must have a disability, must be a resident of Fairfax County, and must meet certain criteria.
