Over the course of three months we worked closely with a group of passionate individuals who undertook a deep dive into some of our backend processes and provided smart, actionable and transformational changes.

We’re honored to announce that OSG was selected as part of Deloitte’s Step Up DC program as one of a handful of local non-profits to benefit from pro-bono support.
Over the course of three months we worked closely with Shane Cashin, Team Lead Consultant who focuses on Customer & Marketing work; Alka Mysore, a Senior Consultant who focuses primarily on Program/Project Management; Ben Hess, a Consultant who specializes in application modernization and software strategy; Alex Camacho, a Consultant who focuses primarily on Customer Strategy & Applied Design work; and Sarah Cammarota an Analyst working in Human Capital.
Through a series of interviews with OSG team members and a deep dive into our organization, the Deloitte team identified a number of areas that needed improvement, specifically around the user experience on our website. We look forward to implementing these transformational changes over the coming months and to hearing your feedback.
