Yoga at Gilliam Place 8/23 (In-Person)

Join OSG’s chair yoga class at Gilliam Place with certified yoga instructor, Ania. This adaptive yoga practice focuses on individual needs rather than forcing positions. Beginners are welcome!

To prepare: Please wear comfortable clothing. Bringing your own yoga mat is optional.

Meet up: We’ll meet in the Gilliam Place community room on the first floor.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the outdoor event.
