Join our chair yoga class at the Ovation at Arrowbrook with certified yoga instructor, Garine. Beginners are welcome!
Meet up: We’ll meet in the club room on the first floor of the Ovation. A key is needed to enter the building, so please message the Herndon Community Whatsapp group upon arrival if you’re not an Ovation resident, so you can be let in.
To prepare: You won’t need a yoga mat for this session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Parking: Guest parking is available on the street as well as in the Ovation garage. Please avoid the parking lot across from the Ovation entrance as you will get towed!
