OSG’s Friendsgiving Fundraiser

Please join our delicious Friendsgiving dinner prepared by Chef Danilo Orofino in an experience we’re calling ‘Old World Meets the New World’. You’ll enjoy a gorgeous four-course meal, paired with four exceptional wines. Live guidance through the cooking preparation will be provided by Chef Danilo, our master sommelier will lead the wine discussion and you’ll enjoy some very special live entertainment.

Proceeds and generous matching schemes on the night will benefit adults with developmental disabilities and help us build inclusive communities.

Note: this event will be held over Zoom. Packages are available for pick up or delivery. Please

TICKET DETAILS:

$300 per couple. Includes a four-course, professionally prepared meal, four exceptional bottles of wine, a guided experience by our chef and master sommelier along with light entertainment.

Pickup: $0 if collected in Springfield, VA on Sunday, December 5th. We’ll provide detailed instructions via email after ticket purchase.

Delivery: $25 to cover the cost of personalized delivery to your home on the day of the event.

DINNER DETAILS (vegetarian options available):

1st Course:  Soft Shell Tacos*

• Camaron: cucumber-mayo and tomato salsa with peppers, shrimp and onions, romaine, avocado yogurt, and cilantro aioli
•  Asada: Ribeye steak, caramelized onion, radicchio, smoked gouda, apple saba reduction

*Vegetarian/gluten-free options are made without the protein.

2nd Course:  Jambalaya*

• Jumbo sausage/shrimp, onion, and pepper skewers over a coconut baked risotto

*Vegetarian/gluten-free options are made with zucchini and squash

3rd Course: Filet mignon

• Wagyu filet wrapped with cured pancetta served with tricolor carrots, and roasted potato over a pineapple-orange-barbeque glaze

*Vegetarian/gluten-free option is eggplant parmigiana

4th Course: Triple layer chocolate mousse
