Health Matters, Let’s Talk About It!

OSG is on a mission to get healthy and we want you to join us! Health educator and OSG Board Director Donna Budway is aiming to begin a health class, known as “Health Matters – The Exercise and Nutrition Health Education Curriculum” with the intention to teach the basics of nutrition, meal planning, and more.
