Housing Meeting: Queens Court Interest

Queens Court is a newly constructed, multi-family apartment property  that is close to shopping and transportation.  Queens Court will have nine units available with a leasing preference for people with developmental disabilities (DD) in the Settlement Agreement population.  To access these units, individuals must work with their DD support coordinators to submit a housing referral package to DBHDS.

Some units with a DD leasing preference have a permanent supportive housing (PSH) subsidy for people with disabilities who cannot afford the rent.  To qualify for a PSH unit, the applicant must have a disability, must be a resident of Arlington County, and must meet the certain criteria.
