Restorative Yoga at the Ovation 3/9 (In-Person)

Join a restorative, mat-based yoga session at the Ovation at Arrowbrook with certified yoga instructor, Garine. Beginners are welcome!

To prepare: Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but we also have mats for you to borrow. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Meet up: We’ll meet in the club room on the first floor of the Ovation. A key is needed to enter the building, so please message the Herndon Community Whatsapp group upon arrival if you’re not an Ovation resident, so you can be let in.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.

Parking: Guest parking is available on the street as well as in the Ovation garage. Please avoid the parking lot across from the Ovation entrance as you will get towed!
