Take the First Step to Secure Your Home at Queens Court

Join us for the first step in securing your new home at the Queens Court Apartments.

The first step toward living in an Our Stomping Ground community is completing a housing assessment and a housing action plan.  This virtual meeting will cover how to work with your family member’s DD support coordinator to complete the assessment and action plan.  The housing assessment verifies eligibility for different housing resources and identifies any challenges or barriers an individual may experience to obtaining and maintaining housing.  The housing action plan outlines steps the individual and his or her planning team will take to address these challenges or barriers.
