Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.
Meet us for our daily walks during the week, weather permitting. Exploring the neighborhood and the local trails. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and always bring a friend! We will meet in the front lobby. RSVP to donnab@ourstompingground.org at least 24 hours before and make sure to receive confirmation before attending as plans change and we sometimes begin our walks at different times.
Join OSG and Arlington County for some fun at the park! You will have the opportunity to walk the path with friends, stretch and exercise, play games, socialize, and shoot some hoops at the basketball court! We will meet at the front entrance by the playground. Please RSVP so we know to expect you.

Join OSG in a yoga flow led by our friend Ania Sowińska. This will be an adaptive yoga practice that focuses on the individual needs of each individual rather than forcing positions. We'll meet at Gilliam Place in the community room, please bring your own yoga mat. All are welcome, however, we have a limit of 8 people so please register below as soon as possible. Come out for our monthly Healthy Hangout at Lubber Run Park for some fresh air and good company. This is a great opportunity to get outside and connect with your community! Make sure to wear comfortable shoes while we walk and talk throughout the park and local neighborhood. After our group walk, you are more than welcome to stay and chat or continue strolling around the park. Can’t wait to see you there!
