Join Our Stomping Ground's yoga flow class at Gilliam Place with certified yoga instructor, Ania. This adaptive yoga practice focuses on individual needs rather than forcing positions. Beginners are welcome! Meet up: We'll meet in the Gilliam Place Community Room on the first floor.
