Come out for our monthly Healthy Hangout at Lubber Run Park for some fresh air and good company. This is a great opportunity to get outside and connect with your community! Make sure to wear comfortable shoes while we walk and talk throughout the park and local neighborhood.  After our group walk, you are more than welcome to stay and chat or continue strolling around the park. Join us for a weekly virtual meet-up for adults between the age of 18-35. Each week we'll discuss a different topic such as getting out of your comfort zone or learning to work with others. Kendi. Our conversation will be centered around the episode: Black and Asian American Solidarity: Exchanging Ideas, Sharing History All are welcome, and you don't need to have attended previous meetings to join.
