All you need is yourself, a snack, and an open mind to hop online and connect with old and new friends. Join OSG in a yoga flow led by our friend Ania Sowińska. This will be an adaptive yoga practice that focuses on the individual needs of each individual rather than forcing positions. SPARC is hosting a pancake breakfast to support their mission. They're a day program that sets the stage for learning skills and habits that improve life for people with disabilities and their families. Participants will get a chance to express themselves by playing a multitude of percussive instruments, while also creating a communal sound.
