Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.
What: Monthly walk Where: The Waypoint Join our Waypoint community for a monthly walk around the neighborhood and local trails. We will meet outside the Waypoint building, right by Fairlington Presbyterian Church. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and feel free to bring a friend! *Note: Sign-up is mandatory. Meet with John and City Center NOVA residents and friends every Tuesday, weather permitting, from 4-5 pm for a shared reading of Harry Potter, book one.
Where: Gilliam Place When: 2nd Tuesday, Monthly Join OSG and APAH at Gilliam Place for an afternoon of reading with our younger friends and neighbors. All are welcome! We will meet in the lobby of Gilliam Place. Join Our Stomping Ground's yoga flow class at Gilliam Place with certified yoga instructor, Ania. This adaptive yoga practice focuses on individual needs rather than forcing positions.
