Events Calendar

Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Independent Living Meet & Greet

If you're a new renter or are exploring independent living, please join NOVA Housing and Supportive Services (VAHSS) and Our Stomping Ground to participate in a quarterly meet & greet, this time to discuss “The Nuts and Bolts of Moving.” We'll tour the outside of our new Waypoint community, then, we’ll explore how to organize your move to a new home and share some helpful planning tools. Join us for a weekly virtual meet-up for adults between the age of 18-35. Each week we'll discuss a different topic such as getting out of your comfort zone or learning to work with others. All you need is yourself, a snack, and an open mind to hop online and connect with old and new friends. Meet-ups are hosted every Monday at 5:00 PM by Social Grace and registration is free - just sign up, sign on and have fun.
