Grocery Get-Together 7/27 (In-Person)

Get your weekly grocery shopping done at Wegmans while enjoying the company of your neighbors from the Arden!

Meet up: Please meet outside the front entrance of the Arden by 10am so we can make it to the bus stop in time. We will take the Richmond Highway Express (REX) bus to Wegmans. We won’t be able to wait for late-comers!

To prepare: Please review the following information carefully.

Public Transport: If you’re riding the bus, please bring at least $4 in cash or your SmarTrip card. If you qualify for the Reduced Fare program as a person with a disability or as a senior, be sure to carry a government id with you as well.

Shopping: You will need a form of payment (cash, credit card, etc.) to complete your purchase.You may also want to create a grocery list beforehand and bring your own shopping bags, cart, or basket.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.

Parking: Limited free parking is available in the Arden garages, but a parking pass is required. Please email annae@ourstompingground.org to reserve a parking pass in advance of this event. There is additional paid parking at the Huntington Metro Station nearby. Your vehicle is at a high risk of being towed if parked on the street!
