Movie Night at Queens Court 12/20 (In-Person)

You’re invited to a movie night with our Queens Court community! Together we’ll watch our group pick: The Polar Express (rated: G).

To prepare: Please feel free to bring snacks, blankets, or anything you need to be comfortable.

Meet up: Please arrive by 6:00 PM and message the Movie Night Whatsapp group since a key is needed to enter the building. After everyone has settled in, the movie will start promptly at 6:15PM.

Parking: Paid street parking is available nearby Queens Court. There is no free guest parking at this time.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the outdoor event.

Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via Whatsapp, so please join the Movie Night Whatsapp group to receive important event updates and stay in touch.

Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
