Palentine’s Potluck 2/7 (In-person)

Happy Palentine’s Day! Let’s get together for a community dinner to celebrate love and friendship.

To prepare: Each person who attends the event must bring at least one item from this menu. There are items requiring various costs and preparation, and any questions about the menu can be sent to claudet@ourstompingground.org directly.

Meet up: We’ll meet in the Waypoint Community Room (lobby level) at 6pm, and we’ll start eating around 6:30pm. A key fob is needed to enter the building, so non-residents must message the OSG Event Whatsapp group upon arrival for assistance.

Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.

Parking: Free guest parking is available both at the Waypoint and at Fairlington Presbyterian Church next door.

Contact: We will communicate changes of plans via Whatsapp, so please join the OSG Events Whatsapp group to receive important event updates.

Accommodations: At OSG, our staff are not direct service providers, so we ask that each participant attending an event brings any personal support they may need for their well-being and engagement. This may include, but is not limited to, caregivers, communication partners, or mobility aids. That said, with prior notice, we can arrange group-wide accommodations during event planning. These might include ensuring wheelchair-accessible routes or selecting allergen-safe menus. Additional accommodations are available upon request, though they may not be listed here.
