Social Justice Club: How to Survive a Plague

This week for our Social Justice Club, we’re discussing the movie How to Survive a Plague. The film is in the late 1980s, when members of Act-Up and other AIDS activists battle hostility and indifference to bring attention to the disease and try to reduce the number of victims while hoping to lead the drive to find a cure.

All are welcome, and you don’t need to have attended previous meetings to join. We just ask that you watch the movie beforehand. You can stream it on PrimeVideo here.
