Learn to prepare a delicious and nutritious meal through a hands-on cooking class. Together, we’ll also discuss the historical and cultural background of the dish we’re preparing. Today, we’re going to make Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll-Ups and Dipping Sauce.
To prepare: There is nothing you need to bring with you in order to participate. Wearing clothes that you don’t mind possibly getting stained is advised.
Meet up: Please meet in the community room at the Waypoint. A key is needed to enter the building, so please message the Waypoint Community Whatsapp group upon arrival if you’re not a Waypoint resident, so you can be let in.
Weather Cancellation: In case of unsafe weather conditions, an announcement will be made on Whatsapp at least 2 hours prior to the start of the in-person event.
Parking: Free guest parking is available both at the Waypoint and at Fairlington Presbyterian Church next door.
