The Marine Corps Sunset Parade at the Iwo Jima Memorial is one of Washington’s many wonderful free events during the summer and well worth doing. Their famed Silent Drill Team is a highlight, but the parade also features The Marine Corps Drum and Bugle Corps, also known as the Commandant’s Own.
