Events Calendar

Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Yoga at Gilliam Place

Join OSG in a yoga flow led by our friend Ania Sowińska. This will be an adaptive yoga practice that focuses on the individual needs of each individual rather than forcing positions. We'll meet at Gilliam Place in the community room, please bring your own yoga mat. Pancake Breakfast to Support SPARC

SPARC is hosting a pancake breakfast to support their mission. They're a day program that sets the stage for learning skills and habits that improve life for people with disabilities and their families. Drumming Circle

Join OSG in a musical event where we’ll play drums and create rhythm together. Participants will get a chance to express themselves by playing a multitude of percussive instruments, while also creating a communal sound. Young Adults Virtual Meet-up

Join us for a weekly virtual meet-up for adults between the age of 18-35. Each week we'll discuss a different topic such as getting out of your comfort zone or learning to work with others. All you need is yourself, a snack, and an open mind to hop online and connect with old and new friends. Meet-ups are hosted every Monday at 5:00 PM by Social Grace and registration is free - just sign up, sign on and have fun.
