Events Calendar

Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Please join us as we work together to clean up Roosevelt Island- one of D.C.’s jewels. This is a great opportunity to learn about this historical landmark, create new friendships, and protect our community. To prepare: Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Join Our Stomping Ground's chair yoga class at Gilliam Place with certified yoga instructor, Ania. This adaptive yoga practice focuses on individual needs rather than forcing positions. The long-awaited summer concert series is here! Today, we're getting together at Lubber Run Park to enjoy a performance by The 257th Army Band, also known as the “The Band of the Nation’s Capital."
