Events Calendar
Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

Calling all OSG Friends and Queens Court neighbors! Today we’re walking to Dawson Terrace Park to enjoy the great weather, hangout, play frisbee, touch rugby, or whatever strikes your fancy. All are welcome (no matter where you live)!
Meet up: You have two options: 1) If you’d like to walk to the park together, we will meet in the lobby of Queens Court at 4pm and walk to Dawson Terrace Park as a group. 2) If you’d like to meet us directly at the park, then message the Whatsapp group after you arrive at Dawson Terrace Park to find out where we currently are.
To prepare: Please dress comfortably with walking shoes, and feel free to bring balls, frisbees, etc. If you’re also signed up to attend the Arlington Dinner Club at 5:30pm, then you are responsible for planning your transportation between the park and the restaurant.
*Note: Sign-up is mandatory so we know to expect you. We will communicate any changes of plans via email or Whatsapp here.
The long-awaited summer concert series is here! Today, we’re getting together at Arrowbrook Centre Park to jam out to Bruce in the USA (Springsteen Tribute Band).
Meet up: Although the concert starts at 7:30pm, it’s advisable to get there early to find ample seating together. Anyone who wants to walk over from the Ovation together should meet outside the main lobby no later than 7pm. For those heading directly to Arrowbrook Centre Park, there is free public parking. We’ll use the OSG Event Whatsapp group to communicate and locate each other after arriving at the park.
To prepare: Be sure to bring lawn chairs or blankets since this is an outdoor event and seating isn’t provided. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as needed. There may also be wine tasting and sales by Paradise Springs Winery. In case of rain or other inclement weather, call the concert hotline at 703-324-7469 for updates on concert cancellation.
