Our Stomping Ground offers a variety of programs including book clubs, games nights, art and fitness classes and more. We are always adding new events. Be sure to explore our calendar and register for those programs that are of interest. Some events are open to just residents of a specific community, some are open to residents and Friends of OSG, and others are open to anyone in the Northern VA area.

In each category, there will be 10 questions, and a bonus round per category. All are welcome, and please invite your friends to sign up as well. The OSG crew is getting together to attend a free summer concert at Lubber Run Park! Join OSG in a yoga flow led by our friend Ania Sowińska. This will be an adaptive yoga practice that focuses on the individual needs of each individual rather than forcing positions. Join us for a weekly virtual meet-up for adults between the age of 18-35. Each week we'll discuss a different topic such as getting out of your comfort zone or learning to work with others. All you need is yourself, a snack, and an open mind to hop online and connect with old and new friends. This week for our Social Justice Club we're reading and discussing the book The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian by Sherman Alexie. This a first-person narrative novel from the perspective of a Native American teenager, Arnold Spirit Jr., also known as "Junior", a 14-year-old promising cartoonist. The book is about Junior's life on the Spokane Indian Reservation and his decision to go to a nearly all-white public high school away from the reservation.
